3 Age & Eligibility

8a88 reserves the right to verify a member's age at any time. A national ID card or equivalent identification document may be requested for this purpose. 8a88 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until age verification is completed.

• Age may need to be verified using a national ID card or passport.
• Registering with a false age will result in account closure and forfeiture of the account balance.

4 Deposit Policy

8a88 accepts multiple payment methods for deposits. Minimum and maximum limits may vary depending on the method used.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits made from another person's mobile banking or bank account may be subject to verification.
• Successful deposits are credited to your account immediately. If this does not happen, please contact support.
• Deposits are non-refundable once completed — exceptions may be made only under special circumstances.
• 8a88 does not charge any additional fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5 Withdrawal Policy

8a88 is committed to paying out winnings on time. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

8a88 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Before using any of these offers, please take note of the following:

• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement — such as 30x, 40x, etc. This means the bonus amount must be wagered that many times before withdrawal is eligible.
• A welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• Bonuses that reach their expiry date are automatically cancelled.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is proven, the relevant bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited.
• 8a88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

7 Gaming Rules

Each game on 8a88 operates under its own specific rules. The following general conditions apply across all games:

• All games are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology — outcomes are entirely random.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the current game state is generally restored.
• If a connection is lost during an active bet, the outcome will be determined by the system.
• In the event of any dispute over a game result, 8a88's system logs will be treated as the final and definitive record.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8a88:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Using multiple identities to claim bonuses.
• Any attempt to cheat or commit fraud in any game.
• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful transactions.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to 8a88's systems.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

8a88 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violating any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• If fraud or bonus abuse is proven.
• When a member voluntarily submits a self-exclusion request.
• Extended inactivity on an account (generally 12 months or more).

Upon account closure, the actual balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded; however, if prohibited activity is proven, the balance may be forfeited.

10 Limitation of Liability

8a88 strives to provide uninterrupted service, but liability is limited in the following situations:

• Losses caused by technical issues, server downtime, or internet disruptions.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment services.
• Losses resulting from the member's own negligence or sharing account credentials with others.

Playing on 8a88 is entirely your own decision. 8a88 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through gaming.

11 Policy on Changes to Terms & Conditions

8a88 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes via email or through the Platform.

• The effective date of any changes will be stated at the top of the page.
• Continued use of the Platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
• If you do not wish to accept the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
